# 7 Technology

Technology makes life a lot easier, as it can free up your time to enjoy the more pleasurable things in life, such as the theatre and reading. However I also believe that technology is a contributing factor to unnecessary frustration and anger, as not everything works accordingly, or lack of knowledge. Despite this, there are a lot of attributes to the use of technology. I have family & friends living overseas and without the advancement in technology communication with them would be limited and expensive. Now I am able to regularly keep in touch with them through telephone and email.

It is true, we come long way using the technology in a very short time.
I remember learning to use the computers or to send the email. Now these tasks are so common in my daily routine.
